Miles was found wandering the highway during the recent ice storm, starving and distrustful of people. Over a month later, he is potty trained, learning commands and looking for his forever home. He is neutered and up to date with shots. Miles is in a foster home - not at the shelter. An application must be filled out before scheduling a visit with his foster family.
