Ted is approximately 12 weeks old. An extremely smart lab mix who is full of puppy love and curiosity.  He was rescued from dire circumstances by one of the ARF board members and given a new lease (leash) on life.  He is house trained, bird trained and cat trained.  (he is in a foster home with a bird and a cat)
